I’ve Been Missing…Eating For Optimal Mental Health


I’m sure few of you have noticed the lack of recipes and tasty treats I’ve been posting. Unfortunately, after trying my hardest to ward it off, I’ve caught the flu!

Not just any flu, either.

The one where I literally felt like I was going to die any second, for about 5 days straight.

After sleeping for most of those, and not working, I do feel quite a bit better. However, there’s a big step between feeling better and throwing together some recipes to share with the world. So, instead of posting a recipe that I’ve yet to come up with- I’d like to share a useful article from my favourite magazine, Psychology Today.
